How do I search for experiences near me?

Open the "Explore Experiences" page and your location will be automatically detected on the map. You can navigate the map, zoom in and out to explore experiences in different areas, or use the search bar to search by name or keyword.

Can I filter experiences by type?

Yes, you can use category filters to search for specific types of experiences such as restaurants, tours, adventures, and more.

How do I save an experience I liked?

Click the heart icon on the experience card to add it to your favorites. You can access your favorites from your profile.

Creating an Experience

How do I create a new experience?

Sign in to your account and click "Post Your Experience" in the main menu. Fill in the experience details (title, description, map location, photos) then click "Publish". The experience will be reviewed by our team before publishing.

What are the criteria for accepting an experience?

The experience must include a clear title, detailed description, real photos, and an accurate map location. The content must be original and not infringe on the rights of others.

How long does the review take?

Experiences are usually reviewed within 24 hours of submission. You will receive a notification about the approval or rejection with an explanation.

Subscriptions

Is the platform free?

Yes, browsing and searching are completely free. To publish experiences, you can start with the free plan which allows you to publish a limited number of experiences per month.

What are the benefits of a paid subscription?

Paid subscriptions provide you with a higher number of published experiences, priority in search results, detailed analytics, and dedicated technical support.

Account & Security

How do I change my password?

Go to your profile, then select "Edit Profile", and from there you can change your password.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You will receive a verification code to reset your password.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Click the "Report" button on the experience page and select the reason for reporting. Our team will review the report and take appropriate action.
