1. Introduction

Welcome to BE TOUR ("the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform": The BE TOUR website and its applications.
  • "User": Any person who uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
  • "Advertiser": A registered user who publishes experiences on the Platform.
  • "Experience": Any content or advertisement published on the Platform.
  • "Content": Text, images, videos, and any other materials published on the Platform.

3. Registration and Account

  • You must be 18 years or older to register on the Platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
  • Information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

4. Publishing Rules

When publishing an experience on the Platform, you must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about the experience.
  • Use real and original photos that belong to you or that you have permission to use.
  • Not publish offensive content that violates public morals or Saudi regulations.
  • Not publish content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Accurately mark the geographic location on the map.
  • Not publish misleading or fraudulent advertisements.

5. Review and Moderation

All published experiences are subject to review by our team before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these terms or our policies, without the need to provide reasons. Review decisions are final.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you publish on the Platform. By publishing content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute this content within the scope of platform services. The BE TOUR trademark and all design elements and software are exclusively owned by the Platform.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Some services require a paid subscription.
  • Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable after the subscription period begins.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform provides a service connecting users with experience providers. We are not responsible for the quality of experiences provided or any disputes arising between users. The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
